Interviews: Leaving Eden

In this new occassion we have had the opportunity to interview the  Rock/Metal band Leaving Eden, from USA. Check out this band and give them a like on their FACEBOOK PAGE.

1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?

Hi great to chat here. Leaving Eden simply came from The idea that this whole planet is like the garden of Eden and it will be nice to go somewhere else too!!

2.Why did you want to play this genre?

I couldn't imagine playing anything else other than rock metal music of course we break it up and do unplugged stuff. I think it just comes from your influences.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?

No we did not but that's a good question. Originally I was looking for a vocalist and found Eve. Then Johnny our bass player was referred and he brought in Ryan so it all works quite smoothly.

4. Each band member favourite band?

Eve: Heart zeppelin halestorm pink soooooo many really.

Ryan: Suicidal tendencies.

Johnny: KISS original members.

Eric: Sabbath...

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?

That inspiration comes from the universe whatever is out there. Inspiration meaning "in spirit"

6. Where was your last gig?

We just played with Tracii Guns (Guns and Roses) and had a blast. Before that was with Vince Neil (Motley Crüe) and before that was let see, Steven Tyler, Ted Nugent, Lita Ford and so on lol. Lots of good times.

7. Where would you like to Play?

Love to come back to Europe had such a blast over there, Which we will be very soon actually.

8. Whom would you like to feature with?

It would be cool to play with Metallica. I have not played with them yet. I've had the opportunity to play with bands like Black Sabbath (Heaven and Hell), Disturbed, Shinedown, Alice Cooper and way to many great bands to mention. You can check all that out at http://www.leavingeden.com

9. Whom not?

Ha. I just can't cast anything negative man it's not in me lol.

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?

I think there's always anxiety before you get on the big stage. No matter what that anxiety never leaves. But what I do is take the bull by the horns and have fun. That's the whole reason why I do it so if you're not enjoying the moment that's a bummer.

11. What bands have inspired you the most?

Bands like disturbed, pop evil, five finger death Punch all bands that We've shared the stage with, and of course we can't forget classics like black sabbath, Led Zeppelin, Aerosmith. That's why it was great to play with Steven Tyler. He was very cool and laid-back.

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?

Ha... Can't say it in public!

13. What do you think of your fans?

That's a great question. I really cannot stand the word fans. I prefer friends, because after all, that's what it's all about man. So I'm very very happy with my friends and furthermore, without them who the hell am I right?

14. What do you think of our site?

I think it's very informative and Great for your average music listener.
