Interviews: Hurricane On Saturn

We have had the opportunity to interview the Post-Hardcore/Nu-Metal band Hurricane On Saturn from Italy. Check out the interview and follow the band on their FACEBOOK PAGE.

1. Where did you get the idea for the band name, you plan it or came out just like that?

Yeah, it came out naturally as it perfectly gives the idea we want to give. Something huge, majestic AF and almost impossible to figure out for our little brains.

2. Why did you want to play this genre?

We don't follow a genre. We don’t sit down and work out how to make something. We just compose everything that crosses our mind in that moment and in the way it pleases us the most.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?

Yes ... a couple of us... but our personal depiction is not important.

4. Each band member favourite band?

Too many to list, too different to be relevant.

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?

What we see, what we feel like and what we do to stand another day.

6. Where was your last gig?

We couldn't play live even once because of the pandemic.

7. Where would you like to act?

Wherever there are people willing to hear what we have to say, a stadium as well as a dump 

8. Whom would you like to feature with?

Whoever is willing to get involved with us and has something interesting to say

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?

No, why? There’s no need to be afraid of expressing yourself. All that I can say to beginners is just think about the fact you are doing what you like and just being yourself so nothing to be worried or be ashamed with. 

11. What bands have inspired you the most?

We appreciate every band capable of thinking out of the box and brave enough to dare beyond its comfort zone. 

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?

Do we have fans? 

13. What do you think of your fans?

I think this is a long solitary voyage through the unknown and who is willing to follow us in it is just a travel companion, a drifter like us.

14. What do you think of our site?

Really, really great job supporting who needs it the most. Thanks for what you are doing.

15. Something to add?

We are nothing, we are going nowhere. Look into the mirror, maybe we can travel together.
