Eat A Helicopter - Interview

Hey, Breathing The Core fans, here we bring you a new interview to the Metal/Deathcore/Experimental  band Eat A Helicopter from Albuquerque (USA). We have nothing more to say, so enjoy this interview and also like their FACEBOOK PAGE cause these band is epic.

1. Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that? 

This question gets asked a lot haha, the name stands for overcoming the impossible,  we thought of one of the craziest scenarios and eating a helicopter was one of them .

2.Why did you want to play this genre?  

We all kinda agreed on making one thing that just makes you feel like no other, and for us, it was deathcore. Dont get me wrong, We love other genres , deathcore is the one that makes us wanna beat the shit out of something \m/.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed? 

We have, we've all have been in different bands and somehow came together.

4. Each band member favourite band?  

Drummer- whitechapel, born of osiris, lorna shore...

Vocalist- whitechapel,  thy art is murder, lorna shore. .

Lead guitar- thy art is murder, lorna and somatic defilement from whitechapel......

Rhythm guitar - whitechapel,  black dahlia murder, job for a cowboy...just waiting on bass

Bassist - a different breed of killer, lorna shore, whitechapel

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?  

Definitely our fans,  and the heaviest albums of the year all mixed together.

6. Where was your last gig? 

Last gig was here in Albuquerque,  at the launchpad with Chelsea grin.

7. Where would you like to act?  

Warped tour Europe,  Any and all places that our fans want to see us.

8. Whom would you like to feature with?  

There are tons of badass bands out there to tour with. .. A thy art is murder,  white chapel, molotov solution tour would be pretty badass.

9. Whom not?  

We can't say with no one,  everyone we've toured with has been amazing to us and has made each experience unique.

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? 

I think we all did when we first started haha,  and yes,  take a deep breath and let the music take you \m/

11. What bands have inspired you the most? 

This last album, we were inspired by thy art is murder,  King conquer, and whitechapel. Lots of others but mainly those three.

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for? 

One fan asked for our drummers basketball shorts on the last day of tour haha,  all gross full of sweet juices

13. What do you think of your fans? 

Our fans are the biggest inspiration of all. We are so grateful to have all the support we get from them. Much love to everyone

14. What do you think of our site? 

We think your site is awesome,  we love it when people are more involved with underground bands,  help us help you , it's badass. .
