Arising From Atlantis - Interview

Hey, Breathing The Core fans here we bring you another interview in this case to the Metalcore band Arising From Atlantis from Brazil. Read this interview to this great band and like their facebook page!

1. Where did you get the idea for your name? Was it planned or did it just happen?  

We were thinking in a "historic" name that would make sense for everything we did and for every steps we'll make for now on.

2. Why do you want to play this genre? 

It's the only way we can take anything from the inside and explode it out!.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?  

Yeah! haha, we've tried so many projects before, i think we all got the experience we need to carry on now

4. Each band member’s favourite band? 

i think we cannot answer such question, there's so many! But i can tell you five bands that is giving us a light of inspirations! They are: Born of Osiris, August Burns Red, The Human Abstract, Cryptopsy and We Butter The Bread With Butter!

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs? 

All the life experiences! Every day spent, every moment that you must to take it from your memories and seal it as lesson learned

6. Where was your last gig? 

Dubliners Irish Pub, it's located in "Rio Vermelho" at Salvador/Bahia (Brazil)

7. Where would you like to act?  

I think that a Wacken or a Rock Am Ring Festival is enough hahahahaha, dreams...

8. Whom would you like to be featured with? 

Dream Theater! would be epic!

9. Whom not? 

Atm we haven't any problem with this! i guess...

10. Any of you ever suffered from stage fright? 

Dude... we never felt something like this before, it's just because we never took it soooo seriously, we just do it for fun and for our love in playing as a band, we just make our way to the stage and do all we can!

11. What bands have inspired you the most? 

That answer you can find in the 4° question!

12. What’s the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for? 

"DUDE, CAN YOU COVER THAT SONG IN YOUR NEXT GIG!?"... Dayumm... i'm sick of these things!

13. What do you think of your fans? 

Our best friends! For sure! they're the real "support" you can have!

14. What do you think of our site?

I hope you guys keep it working forever! There is so much people over the world that needs a hand like yours!
