Hey, Breathing The Core fans, here we bring you a new interview to the Post-Hardcore/Easycore band Friends Will Be Friends from Russia. We have nothing more to say, so enjoy this interview and also like their FACEBOOK PAGE

1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that? 

It has actually been the whole story. There was a list on 2 pages full of various variants, but we have chosen this one cause it sounds good, the abbreviation is great, and the sence is just about us! Besides, even if someone leaves the band, he is still our friend. There is nothing more important then friendship!

2.Why did you want to play this genre? 

Well... That's a difficult question actually. We mix everything we like, of course, within reasonable bounds. It has begun with a primitive punk, but end up with smth new! They say, not the artist chooses the style, but the listener.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed? 

We have known each other for a long time!

4. Each band member favourite band? 

All of us like the representatives of different styles of music, such as Blink-182,Asking Alexandria,Meshuggah,Rage Against The Machine,Memphis May Fire. Some of us like electronic music and ambient, so we can not answer this question uniquely.

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs? 

As it happens, the gues listen to the different music, someone hard one, someone even funk, but we all have grown with Blink 182 и Sum 41! They inspire us since childhood! Good music doesn't have any frames and formats, we're melomans, so to say, and the inspiration comes to everyone in a different way! But we have one thing in common. We all are inspired by our listeners. At the concerts they pass us the energy, that then develops into songs.

6. Where was your last gig? 

Moscow, Nizhny Novgorod.

7. Where would you like to act? 

We're dreaming about as many travelling and contacts as possible! The real dream actually is to give a concert at Vans Tour.

8. Whom would you like to feature with? 

We woul like to get acquainted and stay in touch with a day to remember , Chunk!No,Captain Chunk! Asking Alexandria Bring Me The Horizon. 

9. Whom not? 

There are no such. We're glat to meet everyone.

10. What bands have inspired you the most?

We quess it's a punkrock from our childhood and harder music of 2003-2007 years!) It has planted all the ideas and we draw a lot of insperation from that music.

11. What do you think of our site?

Well, frankly, we haven't heard about the site before you contact us. But we've mentioned such a huge music library you have, currently we use it every time we need to download an album! And thank you so much for paying attention to the russian scene! We really appreciate it!
