Hey Breathing The Core fans, here we bring another interview, this time to the Djent/Deathcore/Sludge Hardcore band called Seek Shelter, they are from USA, this band is excellent and this interview is interesting to read, don't forget give a like to their FACEBOOK PAGE, nothing more to say, so enjoy this new interview!

1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?

When we first formed the band it was in the spring of 2010. We went 4 Months with out a name It always happen to be storming bad when we practiced so I (Jeremy-Guitar) jokingly said how about Seek Shelter and every one loved it. One of the names we really wanted but didn't go with because It was already a band was By The Throat.

2.Why did you want to play this genre?

We play this genre because we love it. We write the kind of music we'd like to hear our selves.

3.Did you know each other before the band was formed?

Yes Everyone that's in the current line up and past line ups have all been friends. Brandon: Jeremy: Impending doomh Phil: Slayer Ian:

4.Each band member favourite band?

Brandon: Nine Inch Nails Jeremy: Impending doomh Phil: Meshuggah Russ: Slayer Ian: Unearth

5.Who or what inspires you to write songs?

Everyday life. When we do write things at least guitar wise me and phil both kind of just hear things in our head and its like I need to put this in the song I dunno its weird and hard to explain.

6. Where was your last gig? 

Last gig was the Foundry Concert Club In Cleveland, Ohio. It was an ok gig.

7.Where would you like to act? 

Not sure what you meant by that but if you are asking where we'd like to play, Every where.

8. Whom would you like to feature with? 

We'd love to do something with Barrier, One of our favorite new up and coming bands.

9.Whom not?

We really aren't picky when it comes to that. After all I old Vocalsit is also In a Crunk Core group.

10.What bands have inspired you the most?

Meshuggah, The Acacia Strain, White Chapel, Despised Icon, Ion Dissonance

11.What do you think of our site?

It's great, really like what your doing for up and coming bands. Look forward to giving you a copy of new Disc to Review after we finish recording it.
