We Still Have Paris - Interview

Hey, Breathing The Core fans, here we bring you a new interview to the Metalcore band We Still Have Paris from Poland. We have nothing more to say, so enjoy this interview and also like their FACEBOOK PAGE.

1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?

The name for our band came from one of the most well-known cinema productions, which is the 'Casablanca' movie. This obligates us to make some fine sounds for all fuckin rock n' roll lovers.

2.Why did you want to play this genre?

We all like low, fuzzy sounds with some nice melody. As we all got interested in technical, but groovy and emotional beats, it was natural, that this will be the final form of our favourite songs combined.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?

Actually three of us - Michal Broler, Piotrek and Waldi are former classmates. However for Michal Bazylczuk and Borat - we met eachother somewhere, as it always goes for same music fans at the same city. But we knew them for some time and it was obvious for us, that they are the people we want.

Michal Broler - As I Lay Dying, Bring Me The Horizon 
Borat - Alexisonfire, Cancer Bats 
Piotrek - Dream Theater, Enter Shikari 

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?

Our ideas generally come out just like that. Maybe it's from our daily life, things that make us happy, angry, sad, every kind of emotions mixed with our music inspirations. This makes things easier, as we don't like to get bored. 

6. Where was your last gig?

Actually We still want to release around 4 more songs for our listeners, so they can meet us knowing what heavy shit is going to happen

7. Where would you like to act?

Rock am Ring or Wacken maybe?

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?

Party like a lord.

11. What bands have inspired you the most? 

Always the worst question xDD let's say, that we analize as much metalcore shit as we can get, so it is turbo-hard to tell xD 

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for? 

We can't tell. We would've had to kill you If we did. 

13. What do you think of your fans?

Firstly we want to thank them all for their warm welcome. We love You all and promise new EP soon!
