Interviews: The Moriarty Project

Hey, Breathing The Core fans, here we bring you another interview of the Deathcore  band The Moriarty Project from Hungary, so here you can see and give a like their FACEBOOK PAGE. We have nothing more to say, enjoy this excellent interview of this more excellent band.

1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?

We were thinking a lot about the band’s name, what sounds cool and not gammy. At the end we chose this one, because that was liked by everyone.

2.Why did you want to play this genre?

Most of us have heard metalcore/hardcore/deathcore since we were kids. So it was easy to choose the genre. You can hear it in our music, that it’s not pure metalcore or deathcore. We’re trying to put in what we and the audience like. You can find the brutal, cracker and melodic themes.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?

We know each other because of the band, but some of us played metal together before.

4. Each band member favourite band?

Suicide Silence, Chelsea Grin, Born of Osiris, All Shall Perish etc….

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?

When we write a song we imagine the feeling when the people love what they got from us. That inspire us a lot.

6. Where was your last gig?

We have never played live yet.

7. Where would you like to act?

First we’d like to play in Hungary, but we want to make the best of the possibilities.

8. Whom would you like to feature with?

We are friends with bands in Hungary, so we are sure that we’ll make great parties together. It would be great, if we could play with some bigger bands from abroad for example: Obey The Brave, Upon A Burning Body. Our dream is playing on the same stage with Suicide Silence or Born of Osiris or both

9. Whom not?

It depends on with who can we work together. We haven’t had experience yet, so we can’t answer for this one..

10. What bands have inspired you the most?

We can write again that bands above.

11. What do you think of our site?

You have a wide scale between the genres and the bands. It’s great the bands like us can show what they have, and we can send our message to a lot of people around the world.
