ATTITUDE - Interview

Hey Breathing The Core fans, here we bring you another interview of the Rock/Hard Rock band ATTITUDEll from Italy, so here you can see and give a like their FACEBOOK PAGE. We have nothing more to say, enjoy this excellent interview of this more excellent band.

1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?  

Well, we can say that we were thinking about that and after many days we chose a name that could tell something about us. “Attitude” remind us the only thing that we have in common: the attitude we have when we play rock n roll.

2. Why did you want to play this genre?  

Because “Hard Rock” is a transversal genre and it is influenced by Blues, Rock’n’Roll in the 50s and 60s and the first bands metal. You can listen in a hard rock CD many songs that clearly are similar to this genres. But the real thing that we love of hard rock is the power that you can transmit to the people that listen to it! And I think that this is awesome because you can really listen to the power that one band put on the stage.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?  

Yes but not really well also if we live really near. Now we are a family and I can say that the people we are the people we know best.

4. Each band member favourite band?  

Well...

Andre Licks (vocals): Van Halen and Motley Crue

Marco Ryde (drums): Guns’n’Roses and Motley Crue

Davis Riff (guitar): Led Zeppelin, Guns’n’Roses and Aerosmith;

Gio Pixel (bass guitar): Kiss and Motley Crue.

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?  

Our experiences or what we think in a moment. Every member of our band write something and all together we create the melody.

6. Where was your last gig?  

It was in Spineto (TO), near our town; it was a festival and it was really cool.

7. Where would you like to act?  

Everywhere ahah! But we didn’t play abroad so I think that out of Italy is the best answer.

8. Whom would you like to feature with?

I don’t know... We haven’t thought about it because we recorded all our song without featuring… But I think that in an impossible dream with Led Zeppelin.

9. Whom not?  

Every artist that plays commercial music.

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?  

Yes we always suffer from stage fright and you have to tell yourself to keep calm, then go the backstage with your band, have a beer, play the songs in your head and finally we give each other a big hug before we go on stage. Sometimes we also scream together; it’s really awesome having stage fright; you can feel the adrenaline in your veins.

11. What bands have inspired you the most?  

Well I think they are Guns’n’Roses, Motley Crue, Acdc, Led Zeppelin, Van Halen and Ratt.

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?  

Well I think that two years ago many people that we don’t know came on the stage and wanted to stay with us on the stage and we were drunk so we did this. It was weird because I remember that  two or three people were punching on our heads and backs and a man was offering his beer and his cigarette to our singer while we were playing ahah really cool.

13. What do you think of your fans?

We love them and when we play and they make noise with us it’s awesome. I love when the people under the stage have party with us. That’s rock n roll.

14. What do you think of our site?  

I think that they are quite followed by our fans but, just like every band, we want to improve them. If we do this many people will listen and come to our gigs.
