Cabrera - Interview

1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?  

Cabrera is the surname of our guitarist. It sounds good, it feels good.

2. Why did you want to play this genre?  

We listened to this genre so much we wanted to play it as well.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?  

Yes, we're all good old pal.

4. Each band member favourite band?  

Sigur Ros, Verdena, Gazebo Penguins and Cstvt

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?  

Sad or emotional stuff.

6. Where was your last gig?  

La Tenda (Modena, Italy). Great place.

7. Where would you like to act?  

Small places with “not so high” stage.

8. Whom would you like to feature with?  

Fine Before You Came.

9. Whom not?  

Bon Jovi

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?  

I guess so. The fact is that nobody likes to talk about that. I usually look at my guitar, close my eyes and hope everything goes for the best.

11. What bands have inspired you the most?  

Fine Before you Came, CSTVT, Gazebo Penguins, The world is a beautiful place.

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?

Play a Vasco Rossi (famous rockstar in Italy) song... You know, in Italy is a pretty common thing.

13. What do you think of your fans?  

Fine people indeed.
