Indifferent - Interview
Hey, Breathing The Core fans, here we bring you another interview of the Metalcore band Indifferent from UK, so here you can see and give a like their FACEBOOK PAGE. We have nothing more to say, enjoy this excellent interview of this more excellent band.
1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?
Our band name was actually suggested by our old singer & it just stuck ever since.
2. Why did you want to play this genre?
Metalcore wasn’t actually our original genre, we started as an alternative band & our music just progressed when we realised we wanted to write heavier material.
3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?
The band was formed by our old vocalist & Thomas, our guitarist. Shortly we were joined by our former bassist & then our drummer, Scott. Thomas & Scott knew each other beforehand as they played in a band previously. Our other members answered online audition calls.
4. Each band member favourite band?
Phoebe - Heart Of A Coward
Thomas - A Day To Remember
Jono - Bullet For My Valentine
Declan - Bury Tomorrow
Scott - Emmure
5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?
Our guitarist, Thomas, writes the majority of our music & he is inspired mainly by a variety of different genres & social stereotypes.
6. Where was your last gig?
The last gig we played was a festival at Temple of Boom in Leeds.
7. Where would you like to act?
Definitely Download Festival.
8. Whom would you like to feature with?
Jeremy McKinnon (A Day To Remember)
9.Whorn not?
Ian Watkins
10.Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?
Everyone gets some nerves but nothing serious. Just keep calm & relax a bit before you go on stage and channel your nerves into a good performance.
11. What bands have inspired you the most?
A Day To Remember, Asking Alexandria, Bullet For My Valentine & Memphis May Fire.
12.What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?
Someone asked our guitarist, Jono, to get naked on stage. (We’ll leave it up to you whether he did or not)
13. What do you think of your fans?
Anyone who listens to our music or comes to a show is awesome.
14. What do you think of our site?
It’s interesting read about different bands & it’s good to see people promoting unsigned talent.
