One Days Notice - Interview
Hey, Breathing The Core fans, here we bring you another interview of the Pop Punk/Rock band One Days Notice from USA, so here you can see and give a like their FACEBOOK PAGE. We have nothing more to say, enjoy this excellent interview of this more excellent band.
1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?
When we decided to start this band, we gave all of our jobs a "one day's notice" and then we decided to drop the apostrophe and change it to "One Days Notice" because we are punk rock, ha.
2.Why did you want to play this genre?
It makes the most sense for us. It's fast, energetic, and catchy. It's the best kind of music to party to!
3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?
We all met at a local neighborhood beer Olympics, which resulted in a couple open container violations and a public indecency charge.
4. Each band member favourite band?
My favorite band is The Beatles and I'm pretty sure David would say his is Pearl Jam. The rest of the guys can't choose so we'll just throw some more bands we love out there. The Offspring, Nirvana, Fall Out Boy, New Found Glory, Blink-182, Bad Religion, Rise Against, Sum 41...
5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?
Usually a night out partying. Sometimes we will write some serious songs and not even realize what the meaning is until after it's written.
6. Where was your last gig?
Cleveland, OH baby!
7. Where would you like to act?
Anywhere with booze.
8. Whom would you like to feature with?
It'd be great to play with The Offspring again.
9. Whom not?
Iggy Azalea. We usually don't hate on anyone's music, but that "Fancy" song is the worst pile of dog vomit we have ever heard.
10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?
Nah, we are all super outgoing and love performing. There might be some pre-show jitters before a really big gig, but that disappears after the first song.
11. What bands have inspired you the most?
The Offspring, Rise Against, and pretty much every punk band. Jesea and I have watched that Foo Fighters documentary about a hundred times so I think that is really influencing us or just cementing our jealousy of Dave Grohl's life.
12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?
One time we had a show in a really backwoods hillbilly town and a girl asked "Can you say something funny like they do on the TVay?"
13. What do you think of your fans?
They're all idiots....Kidding! They are amazing. Without their support we would just be fartin on a snare drum.
14. What do you think of our site?
It's too legit to quite
15. Something to add?
Please buy our new album "When Dinosaurs Get Drunk." So we can have money to you know...get drunk! https://itunes.apple.com/us/album/when-dinosaurs-get-drunk/id706293211
