Hey Breathing The Core fans, here we bring you another interview of the Metal/Hardcore band  Every Man Is An Island from Brazil, so here you can see and give a like their FACEBOOK PAGE. We have nothing more to say, enjoy this excellent interview of this more excellent.

1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?

The idea of our band name came up among others that we wanted. "Every man is an Island" means that each has it's own  "island", it's own ideology, your own mentality, your own idea of life. While we're all surrounded by the same ocean.

2.Why did you want to play this genre?

It's an aggressive genre and combine it with what we believe, our idea that we're at "war", hard times and and what we  need to fight for.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?

Yes, our vocalist Big D. and our bassist Thiago met at graduation trip.

4. Each band member favourite band?  

We all love many different styles, but I can tell you some bands we listen to, like: Underoath, The Devil Wears Prada,  Northlane, Fit for a King, etc..

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?

What inspires us in general is faith and love.

6. Where was your last gig?  

Our own city, Campinas - SP

7. Where would you like to act?

Nowhere in particular, to the whole world.

8. Whom would you like to feature with?

Any of our favorite bands, among others.

9. Whom not?  

Justin Bieber

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?  

Yes, for sure! At first everyone feels fear. Rehearse a lot with your band, pratice your instrument, study what you  want to sounds like, sound test on stage and DO IT.

11. What bands have inspired you the most?

Underoath, The Devil Wears Prada, The Used, Fit For a King, Northlane, Counterparts, Prepared like a Bride, Lower Than Atlantis, etc..

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?

Nothing yet! Hahaha

13. What do you think of your fans?

They are the most important thing!
