I Hate Heroes - Interview
Hey FTNHTC fans, here we bring you another interview of the Pop Punk/Metalcore solo project I Hate Heroes from USA, so here you can see and give a like their FACEBOOK PAGE. We have nothing more to say, enjoy this excellent interview of this more excellent band.
1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?
The idea for the name came to me during a conversation about how I feel happy endings are unrealistic.
2.Why did you start this solo project?
I started it because my old band broke up and I still wanted to pursue music. I started playing guitar 4 months before recording my first EP, Rebuilding the Year.
3.Why did you want to play this genre?
I fell in love with the dirty vocals and passion of "core" bands about 6 years ago, and I've wanted to make music like it ever since.
4. Your favourite band?
My favorite band by a huge margin is Pierce the Veil.
5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?
I can never force inspiration, every song I write is inspired by a personal milestone, concept, or experience.
6. Where would you like to act?
It has been a little dream of mine to play at Warped Tour for years now.
7. Whom would you like to feature with?
I'd be happy to be featured in any other artist's music, but of course Pierce the Veil and A Day to Remember would be amazing.
8.Whom not?
Bands I can't stand: ICP, Cradle of Filth, and Nickelback.
9. What bands have inspired you the most?
When I first started singing I listened to All Time Low, Silverstein, and Mayday Parade to practice cleans and Asking Alexandria, Ice Nine Kills, and Escape the Fate for screams.
10. What do you think of our site?
I think it's great, promoting music is the best thing you can do for an artist. It's awesome to see someone really standing up for the local scene.
