Burn Down The Light - Interview

Hey, Breathing The Core fans, here we bring you another interview of the Post-Hardcore/Electronic band Burn Down The Light from Russia, so here you can see and give a like their FACEBOOK PAGE. We have nothing more to say, so enjoy this interview!

1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?  

I forgot how it had happen, may be a little bird told me ahah, but seriously something between a planning and came out just like that.

2.Why did you want to play this genre?  

In a broad sense, our genre is vastness. We creative songs in pop-genre with rock adds and wild drops too. In short, our music has no broads, but there are a specific frames. First single was made in post-hardcore genre and with certain theme.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?  

Sure, with Kirill that is a rhythm-guitarist (he's in army now) I know him for long time. While questions about a members of band, to give an answers it is difficult because band doesn't formed.

Kirill is inspired by Chester Bennington, Mark Hoppus.

4. Each band member’s favourite band?  

Answer for myself while. My favorite bands are Asking Alexandria, Bring Me The Horizon, Issues, Joey Sturgis (as known as not only sound producer), Stromae and etc.  Kirill loves in first of all Blink 182, Linkin Park, Bring Me The Horizon, Slipknot and yet he loves very pop-punk genre and everything related with that. Because our songs will get a pop-punk sound in near future and not only it.  And of course we're inspired by Woman.

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?  

I'm inspired by the last album of Asking Alexandria "From Death To Destiny" and Issues, Stromae and so on.

6. Where was your last gig?  

While we've no gigs, we will be planning our shows when the band will formed.

7. Where would you like to act?  

We would like to act when we are waiting for. Overall, we have plans for the United States it's our dream I think.

8. Whom would you like to feature with?  

There is some progress in the negotiations with some people. So, it will have been highlighted soon. Will be quiet a few guest vocals.

9. Whom not?  

I don't know, but there are a both humans ahah.

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?  

Sure, stage fright I think have most artists, musicians and other.

11. What bands have inspired you the most?  

Asking Alexandria, Issues, Blink 182, Linkin Park.

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?  

While they asked nothing for us. They're waiting for new songs.

13. What do you think of your fans?  

We love our fans, if they exist. ahaha.

14. What do you think of our site?  

We've no web-site while, information about us is on Facebook and other resources. With a progress we'll made it.

15. Something to add?  

In near future we'll made an announcement video, news soon too. I would like to want everyone all the best.
