DISCLAIMER - Interview

Hey, Breathing The Core fans, here we bring you another interview of the Deathcore band DISCLAIMER from USA, so here you can see and give a like their FACEBOOK PAGE. We have nothing more to say, so enjoy this interview!

1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?

Originally, our name was “Brokenteeth” but we had to change it. We all just decided on DISCLAIMER.

2.Why did you want to play this genre?  

We all liked the idea of being in an ignorantly heavy band and we all love downtempo music.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?

Zach (vocalist) and I (Drew, bassist) have been friends for years. Zach met Andrew (guitarist) through the vocalist of Andrews other band. Andrew mentioned that his roommate Mike (guitar) was also interested in being in a band so we also included him. We haven’t really had a steady drummer until recently we picked up Sean Rauchut (also plays for Varials).

4. Each band member favourite band?  

Zach: I Declare War

Andrew: Aegaeon

Mike: Aegaeon

Drew: Gojira

Sean: Knocked Loose

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs? 

This world is so fucked up and a lot of us are mad about shit. This is a perfect way to express our disgust for what we see and also we just enjoy being the one of the heaviest bands in our area.

6. Where was your last gig?  

We haven’t played a show yet.

7. Where would you like to act?  

Anywhere and everywhere!

8. Whom would you like to feature with?  

Alex Teyen (Black Tongue)

9. Whom not?  

Justin Tuttle (Dreams of Demise)

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?  

Mike and Drew haven’t really played in front of people all that much but they aren’t too worried about it.

11. What bands have inspired you the most?

Disfiguring the Goddess, Black Tongue, I Declare War, Gojira, Continent, Feign, Traitors, Waking the Cadaver, Elysia, Dealey Plaza and a few more.

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?  

We’re all a bunch of really weird dudes so nothing really seemed out of the ordinary so far.

13. What do you think of your fans?  

We owe it to them. A fan of our music, is automatically a friend of ours. Without them, we wouldn’t be making music.
