The Party Foul - Interview

Hey, Breathing The Core fans, here we bring you another interview of the Post-Hardcore/Electronic band The Party Foul from USA, so here you can see and give a like their FACEBOOK PAGE. We have nothing more to say, so enjoy this interview!

1. Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?  

It was a spontaneous thing that had happened to all of us at hooters, so we decided to name the band The Party Foul.

2. Why did you want to play this genre?

Most of us like this type of music. However, we all individually listen to different things that inspire us to write together creatively, ranging from ambient to dubstep, or from hip hop to classical. We try to incorporate everything we each love into what we do.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?

A few of us knew each other, but a good majority of us were from other bands that came together to create The Party Foul.

4. Each band member favourite band?

Honestly, this one is always too hard to answer because we all have many different favorite groups/musicians.

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?  

Daily life inspires us. Other music, some of our life struggles together. Anything really.

6. Where was your last gig?  

Our last show was November 1st @ Mojoes in Joliet opening for the "Not Your American Idols" tour ft. Capture the Crown, Palisades, For All Those Sleeping, ect.

7. Where would you like to act?  

A stadium overseas would be ideal, lol.

8. Whom would you like to feature with?  

Doesn't really matter, as long as they are down to earth and share the same love for music.

9. Whom not?

Anyone who doesn't care about the music itself, or those out only for personal gain.

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?  

Maybe in the very beginning of playing music. Nike said it best: Just do it.

11. What bands have inspired you the most?  

Too many to name, but if we had to say a few - Emarosa, Bayside, Krewella, Bring Me The Horizon, A Day To Remember, so many more to name.

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?

Oh man, so much to say for this one, but we will just say to sign some titties.

13. What do you think of your fans?  

We love them and do anything we can to make sure they can get something from us. We make ALL of our own merch, down to the sticker. So if you get something from TPF, you received something that we had our hands on and came from our personal creativity.
