Hey, Breathing The Core fans, here we bring you another interview of the Metalcore/Deathcore band Inbred from Spain, so here you can see and give a like to his FACEBOOK PAGE. We have nothing more to say, so enjoy this interview!

1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?

It was something decided between other names and possibilities, but we know this name is a little bit controversial for some people because of the meaning and we thought it would be funny the incest term in connection with the kind of music we play. Sometimes people just don't understand the name we chose for the band.

2.Why did you want to play this genre?

We can't play any other genre hahahaha. Everyone of us grow up with different types of metal music since we were children and always wanted to have a band just like the ones we used to listen to. It's simple, we are comfortable playing this style of music and feel the inspiration for that.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?

Before the band was formed only the drummer (Saul) and me the bassit (Jorge) knew each other. Then they joined the band Dani (guitar) and Benayas (guitar) and finally Danitch the vocalist. All of this happened too fast when Dani appeared and then we just made a lot songs until today.

4. Each band member favourite band?

It's something hard to say a favourite band, we like a lot of bands to make a top 5 or 10 list. We could name the likes of All Shall Perish, Veil of Maya, I Killed the Prom Queen, Carnifex, Unearth, The Black Dahlia Murder, Mychildren Mybride, Within the Ruins, Northlane, Wretched among any others.

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?

We'll always be inspired by the music we love to listen and the bands who play that songs. In music you just need to find your inspiration with the things that help you to express your emotions and everything you want to tell. Sometimes you don't get that inspiration but suddenly you hear something that makes you want to write new music and that's the process we do since the begining of the band.

6. Where was your last gig?

Our last gig was in Madrid with also local bands in a fest organized by a friend who loves the same style of metal and always want to take photos of the bands in the shows because of his passion for photography. Surely he has photographed almost every Madrid metal band and some others from other cities.

7. Where would you like to act?

We don't have any prferences, maybe we'd like to make a big tour in other countries. We only palyed shows in Europe apart from Spain and it's always awesome. Asia is a place where we'd love to go and of course in USA where we almost had the pleasure to play sometime ago. We like small venues to play our music but we don't mind to play in a fest like Mayhem in USA hahahahaha.

8. Whom would you like to feature with?

Well, It is not possible to answer this question, the list is too long!! We are lucky because we have played with some of the most important bands in the world, bands who have been Inbred's icons for years.. but we have a lot of bands we would love to play with yet ...May be Carnifex is one of our favourite bands right now and it would be amazing playing with them.

9. Whom not?

We really respect any band and its work, so We think we would never say ''no''  for personal reasons. We love to play and we always can learn from other bands.

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright?

This is a very good question and I (bass player) am the right person to answer it. I remember our first show ever. I was terrified, nervous and sick. I can´t remember anything between the first and the last song, I had my head down on my bass and I didn´t move from my place all the time we played. I can´t even remember the people I talked after the concert!! hahaha It ís different now and I really enjoy every show and the contact with fans. My advice to beginners is that they have to enjoy the shows, getting over the fear and the most important thing, have fun on the stage. It is the best way to express music and art.

11. What bands have inspired you the most?

Well, We have a lot of ''favourite bands''. We are lucky in the band, because every one of us get inspiration from very different musicians. I remember when we started the band, we wrote a paper looking for guitar players to play with. We mentioned Unearth as one of our references, we were shocked by their music in that time. Well we played with Unerath last year and we had the chance to tell this story to them and say ''thanks'' for the inspiration. They felt very happy about it, It was a great moment.

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?

Hahaha this is very funny. I remember one show in Germany. One guy asked us to play a solo in one song. He said he knew the song very well and he had a solo created by him for it. He didn´t play that solo but it was a weird moment. We had a beer with him after the show, It was nice.

13. What do you think of your fans?

Fans have all our respect and love. They are the people who make possible everything. Fans are the fuel in the shows and we are very thankful when they have nice words for us, get merch and support our band. Our thoughts are always about love for them.

14. What do you think of our site?

The site is awesome!! it offers the chance to know great bands from different places, and also offers the chance to get in contact with promoters. Every detail is fantastic and we are taking about it to musicians and fans. Really great site!!

15. Something to add?

First of all, We want to say thanks to BREATHING THE CORE for this interview. It is a pleasure for us. We want to say thanks too to all the people who are in touch with bands, support metal and make the scene grow around the world. See you on the road soon friends!! thank you very much!!
