Nebraska - Interview

Hey, Breathing The Core fans, here we bring you another interview of the Melodic Hardcore band Nebraska from Spain, so here you can see and give a like to his FACEBOOK PAGE. We have nothing more to say, so enjoy this interview!

1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?

Our guitar player Fontcu, brought the idea for band's name, it's a bit hard to explain hahaha.

2.Why did you want to play this genre?

We think this genre includes all the things we like, heavy parts, but also melodic choruses and stuff like that, which we love.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?

Yes, we knew each other before we started the band, but in different ways.

4. Each band member favourite band?

Gio: Linkin Park

Fontcu: The Ghost Inside

Héctor: ADTR

Mauro: RHCP

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?

I don't think we're infuenced by just one thing, different aspects of life are what inspire us to write our songs: Love, injustice, existential angst, friendship... A lot of things y'know

6. Where was your last gig?

We haven't played a gig as a band yet.

7. Where would you like to act?

I think acting out of Madrid would be amazing, but first we have to play here and see how it goes hahaha.

8. Whom would you like to feature with?

I think anyone who'd be interested in featuring with us would be a great choice, but we'd like to feature with Guillermo Laorga, our producer (and friend) and ex-vocalist from Memories, a disolved band from Madrid, or with Javier Losada, singer from The Eleventh Failure, another band from Madrid too.

9. Whom not?

With any dickhead HAHAHA

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?

As I said, we haven't played a gig yet, but I think we will be prepared for it and we'll do it as good as we can.

11. What bands have inspired you the most?

A lot of them: Bring me The Horizon, Hand of Mercy, Heart In Hand, The Ghost Inside, Napoleon, Counterparts, Parkway Drive, A Day To Remember, Linkin Park, Comeback Kid, While She Sleeps, Your Demise, Stray From The Path, Northlane, More Than Life, Architects, Being As An Ocean, Stick To Your Guns... An infinite number

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?

I don't think we have something that we can call "fans", I mean, we have our friends, our parents, our girlfriends... But nothing you can call it a fan hahaha.

13. What do you think of your fans?

About future "supporters" (let's call them like that hahaha) we hope they'd be good people, who we could trust, and who will support the band at any moment.

14. What do you think of our site?

It's an awesome site! You can get a lot of information and that kind of stuff about the scene, it's really cool.
