Hey, Breathing The Core fans, here we bring you another interview of the Djent solo proyect The Coriolis Effect from USA, so here you can see and give a like to his FACEBOOK PAGE. We have nothing more to say, so enjoy this interview!

1.Where did you get the idea for the solo proyect name, you planned it or came out just like that?

Well the name came from learning about the coriolis effect in marine science class. I really thought the named carried some unique qualities, like being 2 words rather than one (which is popular in the Djent genre). The coriolis is like the "calm before the storm" as it relates to the Earth, and I love the Earth so it goes together well!

2.Why did you start this solo project?

2: I started this project because I have had previous projects in the past that got no publicity, no recognition at all. I started getting tired and frustrated about the projects not taking off, because I didn't try hard enough to get them off of the ground. I really started this project with critiques from friends and Facebook group members, and they really helped me when it came to perfecting everything. It's going along smoothly if you ask me.

3.Why did you want to play this genre?

There is a lot of controversy when it comes down to djent being a genre. But, when you hear the music that most people classify djent, you know that it has some unique-ness that most mainstream metal genres don't have. And that's why I chose this genre. It spoke to me the most. I love the low tunings, and the crazy notation.

4. Your favourite band?

Periphery is my favorite band. I love that everyone in the band contributes something great to their  music. Plus, I really take inspiration from them.

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?

Writing a song is a process that is very odd to me. A few years ago, I had never written a song, but recently I started getting into it as I started to dwell in the art of producing my own music. Listening to Periphery and other prominent djent bands that I mentioned earlier, and some bands like Edge to the Atom and Penumbra which are my friends, they inspire me to write and I really thank them for that.

6. Where would you like to act?

I would love to play at some of my local venues like the New Brookland Tavern (Columbia, SC), The Tremont (Charlotte, NC) , and The Masquerade (Atlanta, GA)

7. Whom would you like to feature with?

I would love to be featured with Tommy from Edge to the Atom! He is a great guy, an amazing friend, and he has great music! Also, Jack Boulton from Penumbra. His music is killer. Instrumental or not. He is a great producer and musician, and whoever reads this should definitely check both of them out!

8.Whom not?

Oh, god. Ummm, probably Nickelback.

9. What bands have inspired you the most?

Like the other bands I mentioned in another question, Bands like Edge to the Atom, Penumbra, Periphery, TDTP, etc.. But, who has inspired me the most in this particular project would have to be Periphery. They really inspire me riff wise, and production wise. I love the really tight guitars, and boomy drums.

10. What do you think of our site?

The site is awesome! There are a lot of amazing band on there, I looked at tons. I appreciate this interview and the sharing of my project on your page!
