Best Years - Interview

Hey, Breathing The Core fans, here we bring you another interview of the Pop Punk band Best Years from UK, so here you can see and give a like to his FACEBOOK PAGE. We have nothing more to say, so enjoy this interview!

1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?    

We were brain storming names and it was the best one we could think up. Can't remember where it came form exactly.

2.Why did you want to play this genre?  

We got bored of playing metalcore, literally.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?    

Yeah we've all been in bands together since we were about 15, we've always known Ed but he didn't join until December.

4. Each band member favourite band?  

Dutch - Razorlight

Ed - Oasis

Joel - Oasis

Berzins - Oasis

James - 'Probably trash boat'

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?    

Any music that is good, and whatever we're jamming in the car a lot at the minute i'd say it's mostly Good Charlotte, Noel Gallagher, The Story So Far and Yung Lean.

6. Where was your last gig?  

Satan's Hollow with the dudes in WSTR, Trash Boat and Blood Youth. It was a good one.

7. Where would you like to act?    

Wembley.

8. Whom would you like to feature with?  

The Maine.

9. Whom not?  

Queen or Front Porch Step. Haha.

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?    

We did at first, just play more shows and eventually it will go away. It's exciting and scary, it's a good feeling.

11. What bands have inspired you the most?    

On the new EP, definitely Good Charlotte, The Maine, State Champs and stuff like that.

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?    

Probably just like an autograph or something, that's weird 'cause it never happens and it happened once.

13. What do you think of your fans?    

THE best guys.

14. What do you think of our site?
