Ennoia - Interview

In this new occasion we have the great opportunity to interview the Death Metal/Metalcore band Ennoia from Czech Republic, here we will let you their FACEBOOK PAGE to give them a like and follow them. We have nothing more to say, so enjoy this interview!

1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?

The Idea first came from our ex-guitarist. It's from some legend about Lilith's daughter, a wolf queen named Ennoia.

2.Why did you want to play this genre?  

Because there´s a strong connection between melodies and hardness And we love breakdowns of course.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?  

No.

4. Each band member favourite band?  

If you´re in band, you share music with your bandmates a lot of music…

Slava: Unearth, Within the Ruins, Psycroptic, Fallujah, Sylosis…

Andy: Black Dahlia Murder, Whitechapel, Humanitys Last breath..

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?

We´re trying to be open minded and listen to the wolrd around us and in us, with his dark and light sides.

6. Where was your last gig?  

A local gig but we had a lot of fun. It was cool because we ended up playing basketball, football and drinking with our fans and friends..

7. Where would you like to act?  

The entire world and even space. Possibly a new exo-planet in the future. Haha.

8. Whom would you like to feature with?  

We wanna play with cool people first and foremost. We're interested in hanging out, having fun and geeking out on instruments and gear..

9. Whom not?  

Maybe with some bands out of our genre.

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?  

I have a fear of losing my voice but it really just comes down to having the self confidence to power through and trust in yourself.

11. What bands have inspired you the most?  

No specific bands but riffs and melodic harmonies from everywhere.

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?  

Are you really a girl? Can I have a free t-shirt? Are you using vocal effects?

13. What do you think of your fans?  

They're perfect and we're lucky to have them. We just wanna say: thank you for all the support!

14. What do you think of our site?  

It's great what you're doing for up and coming bands. We appreciate all the time and energy you put into the website. We've found a lot of great bands because of you Thank you!
