In this new occasion we have the great opportunity to interview the Progressive Hardcore band Exanime from Argentina, here we will let you their FACEBOOK PAGE to give them a like and follow them. We have nothing more to say, so enjoy this interview!

1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?

The name came out because the first three members used to play j-rock music (Anime) in their previous bands.

2.Why did you want to play this genre?

Beacause is a genre the four of us have in common. It unites us. We really like it, and it feels comfortable and really fun to play.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?

Like we said on the first question, the first three members (Bruno, Mariano and Nahuel) knew each other from anime bands and then Salvador got in later from another band.

4. Each band member favourite band?

Salvador likes Sevendust, Mariano Likes Periphery, Bruno Likes A Day to Remember and Nahuel likes Maná.

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?

Most of our lyrics came out from situations not only we live but others too. We can say they emerge from different life experiences.

6. Where was your last gig?

Back in May 9th, we shared a concert with one of the most important bands of our contry named Carajo at the Vorterix theater in Rosario City and then we started the production process of our Debut album "Trascender".

7. Where would you like to act?

We would really like to play in the emblematic theater, Luna Park in Buenos Aires, it's like a dream to us.

8. Whom would you like to feature with?

At a local level, we´d like play once again with Carajo, and if we talk about international bands, we'd say SOAD, Avenged sevenfold, Periphery, Korn, to name a few and we can go on and on.

9. Whom not?

We think maybe with bands that doesn't fit in our genre.

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?

Yes, a lot, but we think this is a good thing, because it means that you feel some sort of anxiety when you're about to get on stage and rock on! Maybe a good advice is to rehearse a lot (seriously... a lot) to feel really safe on stage and enjoy it the most you can. With positive energy every GIG it's incredibly amazing!

11. What bands have inspired you the most?

Even if it's not quite similar from what we do, Carajo is a huge influence to us, if it's not the biggest one, not only because of the genre or their sound, but also because of their proffesional way to give a really great concert

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?

Fans?... What Fans?

13. What do you think of your fans?

Even though we are a band that recently came out, we have a lot of people supporting us from the very first moment, in every concert and that support really makes us feel that we're going in the right direction.

14. What do you think of our site?

We think it's great that there are websites like yours, spreading material from emerging bands around the world that can make a lot with no money and  lots of effort.

15. Something to add?

We are very grateful for being considered by you guys and your website, knowing that we've been trying to emerge since quite some time. Your help is really important for us and for our professional development. Thank you very much!
