1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?
It was very difficult for us to came out with a name. In fact, it was the hardest thing. We already had the songs recorded but we couldn't find a name the four of us like it. After literally months of suffering Otuz just came out. It was a liberation.
2.Why did you want to play this genre?
It's not really a choice. We love playing loud and fast. It's the only way we know how to do it.
3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?
Yes. We studied together at school and we've been good friends since then. The band is just another way to hang out together.
4. Each band member favourite band?
This is the hardest one...
Aitor: Fiachras
Egoitz: Kerobia
Unai: Leihotikan
Markel: I don't know, but I've been listening a lot to Killswitch Engage lately
5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?
We sing to what we don't like. Our songs are a way to release the rage and the sorrow we have inside.
6. Where was your last gig?
Our last gig was in our hometown Galdakao. It was in September, in the festivities. In front of our friends and people we know. It was fun.
7. Where would you like to act?
We don't really mind. We just want to play our songs in front of as much as people we can.
8. Whom would you like to feature with?
Leihotikan would be awesome.
9. Whom not?
Don't really know...
10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?
No. It's normal to feel a bit nervous before but, as soon as the music begins, everything flows. For not being that nervous just drink beer.
11. What bands have inspired you the most?
When we started playing music together our setlist was basically a bunch of Ramones, Misfits and The Clash covers. Our sound has evolved, but we still have that in our DNA. Bands like Leihotikan, Berri Txarrak or Social Distortion are also an inspiration.
12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?
We don´t remember anything special...
13. What do you think of your fans?
Our fans are basically our friends and family. We love them and appreciate their support.
14. What do you think of our site?
It's great! We are always looking for new music in the Internet and sites like yours are very helpful.
15. Something to add?
Thanks for the interview and for supporting underground music. And listen to our EP 'Neoi Gauak'.
