Interviews: Kriminals

In this new occassion we have had the pleasure to interview the Metalcore band Kriminals, from USA. Check out this band because they are amazing and do not forget to follow them in their FACEBOOK PAGE.

1. Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?  

Long story short, our band name came from our vocalist Miklo and our guitarist. One night they started talking names and they came across the name "Criminals" and it seemed a little off, so Miklo being the biggest Korn fan in the band said, " What if we spell it with a K?" And the rest is history.   

2. Why did you want to play this genre?   

We believe it fits our lifestyle best, and we love listening to heavy shit. We all grew up listening to 90's bands like Korn, Mudvayne, Disturbed and a lot of 90's Hip Hop / Rap, so a lot of our influence comes from that.    

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?   

Yes, Miklo, Justin, and Guillermo were in a band called "For A Better Kind" and before that we used to party and kick it all the time.   

4. Each band member favourite band?   

Guillermo - A Skylit Drive 

Miklo - Korn 

Justin - Fit For A King  

Walid - Anything Pop Punk or Beatdown.  

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?  

Vegan food.  

6. Where was your last gig?  

Redwood City on tour with Spite.  

7. Where would you like to act?  

Everywhere.  

8. Whom would you like to feature with?   

Everyone.   

9. Whom not?  

We love everyone. lol   

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?   

Nah, cause we usually chug a forty before every show, stage fright gone.  

11. What bands have inspired you the most?   

Korn, Limp Bizkit, and hella Metalcore, too many to name.  

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?   

A picture of our singers dick.  

13. What do you think of your fans?
