News: The Appleseed Cast announce UK tour in support of Peregrine's 10 year anniversary‏

The Appleseed Cast are one of the most influential American rock bands to help pioneer the emo movement of the late 90s. Formed in 1996, the bands predominantly guitar-based music has evolved from an early emo sound with an ethereal, yet punk sensibility, sharing context with such acts as Mineral andSunny Day Real Estate, to a unique post-rock meets indie sound hinging on inventive, intricate drumming, sometimes subtle guitar arpeggios, and crowd-loving vocals, peaking with orchestrated cacophonies of instrumentation and a vast range of effects. The Appleseed Cast is your favourite bands favourite band. 

To celebrate their Record Store Day re-issue of 2006's critically acclaimed LP Peregrine - The Appleseed Cast welcome Listener, Kurt Travis (Dance Gavin Dance) and Atlas: Empire to join them on this tour.
