News: One Gone Thus Premiere Lyric Video for "Self & Soul" - New EP June 3rd
Freshly formed post-hardcore/experimental duo One Gone Thus from LA has announced that their debut EP Impermanence will be released independently on June 3rd. Today, they have teamed up with New Noise Magazine to premiere the lyric video for the single "Self & Soul." The eclectic mix on the upcoming EP incorporates varying styles and elements, but aims to deliver the band's explicit message that "all things are impermanent and subject to change," says guitarist/vocalist Ryan Sabouhi, who is also a former member of the Alternative band The Body Rampant.
“We’re not necessarily easy to categorically define, but we feel that we’ve created something very unique in both its sound and message," Eagle continues in a statement to New Noise. "This EP is comprehensively DIY and we are both extremely proud with what we have made and accomplished thus far. We care about the message that we send because it carries with it an immense weight and responsibility and though it’s obviously meaningful to us, we hope that others will be able to find meaning in it as well.”
Impermanence will be available for free on June 3rd via Bandcamp.
