News: Balance and Composure Announce New Album Light We Made

Balance and Composure will release their innovative and highly anticipated third album, Light We Made, on October 7 via UNFD. Produced by Will Yip (Nothing, Pity Sex), Light We Made marks a celebration of growth for the band, with a new ebb and flow sound dominated by soothing, harmonic tracks, which complements their previous body of work. Today, Balance and Composure unveiled the video for the first single "Postcard".

The video was directed by Jason Michael Roberts who created an interesting visual concept utilising special effects, which he explains: "Working with Balance and Composure was an amazing experience. They had a pretty broad idea for 'Postcard,' but I want the audience to feel like tourists on a hallucinogenic, safari floating ride from room-to-room in a surreal world, observing the exotic imagery."  

Doylestown, PA quintet Balance and Composure formed in 2007. Their debut album, Separation, arrived in 2011, finding critical acclaim and was supported by consistent touring with the likes of Circa Survive, La Dispute, Title Fight and Touché Amore. In 2013 they released their second album, The Things We Think We’re Missing, which peaked at #51 on the US Billboard 200, as well as breaking into the Top 20 of the Independent Albums Chart, the Modern Rock/Alternative Albums and Rock Albums Chart. Their brand new album Light We Made was produced by Will Yip and sees the band taking a giant leap in sound and scope. With a die-hard fanbase, look for Balance and Composure to make big moves in 2016 and beyond.
