News: THE TiPS Return To The UK For One-Off Boomtown Appearance
THE TiPS return to the UK for a one-off appearance amongst their hectic summer schedule of European touring and festival appearances.
After gracing the UK for the first time a few months back, with shows in London and Bearded Theory Festival, THE TiPS will perform at Boomtown Fair next weekend with their unique brand of reggae, rock, punk and soul.
THE TiPS play Chinatown Courtyard, Boomtown Fair at 8pm on Friday 12th August.
Speaking on their Boomtown appearance, bassist Philil Pfaff says "After playing our first two shows in the UK, we are more than stoked to have the opportunity to come back so soon. Boomtown sounds like one of the craziest festivals in the world - It's really diverse and we can't wait to be there!"
The reggae-rockers from Dusseldorf, Germany released their new album, 'TWISTS'N'TURNS' to critical acclaim back in February and have been on the road relentlessly since.
'TWISTS'N'TURNS' features 12 original tracks produced by Alexander Beitzke (Jamiroquai, Ed, Sheeran, Florence And The Machine) at the Maarweg Studios in Cologne and mastered by Pete Maher (U2, Linkin Park, Lana Del Ray Nine Inch Nails). 'TWISTS'N'TURNS' adds new elements of soul and rock to their already unique sound, while continuing to stay true to their reggae and punk roots.
'TWIST'N'TURNS' is out now on 180g Bloodred Vinyl LP, 8 page Digipak CD and Digital Download through Long Beach Records Europe.
