Interviews: Unleash The Pain

In this new occassion we have had the opportunity to interview the Metalcore  band Unleash The Pain, from Israel. Check out this band and give them a like on their FACEBOOK PAGE.

1.Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?

Our band name is a line from a local Israeli band (demented sanity) that helped us in our early stages, but for me the name refers to the emotions we show in the music we write.

2.Why did you want to play this genre?

From a very young age i started to listen to rock, heavy rock and metal. I always liked the technical parts and emotional parts as well. i in particular have heard it around home from an early age, starting with Korn, Dream Theater and some more classics as pink Floyd and Rush.

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?

No. some of us did, Ohad Ron and Israel knew each other from school. Viki, we met on along the way. But I, Gal, met them via a forum. They posted they were looking for a drummer for a metalcore band and that is how our love story began .

4. Each member favourite band?

We have a variety of favorite bands, such as Incubes, Avenged Sevenfold, Killswitch Engage, Periphery, Blink 182 and many more.

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?

We dont have specific band we are most inspired from. it varies  between Periphery, Killswitch Engage  and many more. we try our best to be our own inspiration and come out with unique new materials.

6. Where was your last gig?

Tel aviv, Israel, Papaito club.

7. Where would you like to play?

All over the world, leave no country without our mark.

8. Whom would you like to feature with?

The ghost inside.. periphery killswitch engage, parkway drive.. and many more!

9. Whom not?

Not sure.. music is music.. well' unless its Rebbeca Black... haha (if you remember)

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?

From a young age we were on stage, so stage fright wasent really our problem.. best tip though- if you are ready, and you know you'r good- you will nail it!

11. What bands have inspired you the most?

As i said before, we are inspired by many bands... if i must be specific.. Killswitch Engange and Periphery.

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?

Come to think of it... i cant recall any weird request..

 

13. What do you think of your fans?

All of our fans are amazing.. every show we have we see them going crazy with our songs and enjoying themselves.. that's the plan- to make fans have fun!

14. What do you think of our site?

I love it. its awesome to see that people care so much about music that they promote it like you guys, keep it up!
