News: Wrestling and pop-punk go head to head in Junior’s new music video
Welsh Pop-punk trio Junior have unleashed a boisterous new video for their track ‘Fall To Pieces’, featuring guest vocals from Sean Smith of The Blackout.
The video sees Sean Smith join the band in a wrestling ring, and getting down and dirty with some of the UK's brightest indie wrestlers. The video also features WWE veteran and current TNA Superstar Matt Hardy.
Bassist/vocalist Mark Andrews (who also happens to be a pro-wrestler) says:
“The state of the UK indie wrestling scene is so strong at the moment, and so is the UK pop-punk scene, so it’s great that we’ve been able to combine the two in this new video. We’ve been wondering whether we should mix the wrestling and music sides of our band together for a while now, so we figured if we were gonna do it, we had to go all out.
I’m real glad Sean was up for getting in the ring with us too - although we were all super worried we’d killed him when we put him through that table..!”
