News: ASEETHE (THRILL JOCKEY) EMBARK ON U.S. TOUR

Leading up to a set at the Midnite Communion Festival in Long Beach, CA this November, Iowa doom trio Aseethe will be heading touring throughout theSouthwest including dates with Hell, Fister, and UN.  Aseethe, while up to now a secret to the larger music world, has long been a favorite of inventive heavy artists. They have played regionally with Yob, Converge, The Body, SUMAC, Thou, Horseback, Inter Arma, to name a few.

 

Aseethe’s unrelenting slow-doom is often compared to drone music because of its core repetitions. This distinctly non-metal approach combined with harsh vocals and unusual samples gives Aseethe a unique voice among metal’s boundary pushers. In early 2017, Aseethe will be releasing their debut Thrill Jockey album, Hopes of Failure. For these select shows, Aseethe will have early, limited edition versions of the album on cassette available ahead of thealbum's official release.
