News: ADVENT ANNOUNCE ‘PAIN & SUFFERING’ EP, PREMIERE SONG

Six years since calling it quits, North Carolina's Advent have returned and are as fierce as ever.  The band will release a new EP, Pain & Suffering, January 27th on Bridge Nine and today they’ve unveiled the first single from the album, “Weight of the World” - listen via New Noise Magazine.

 

Originally rising from the ashes of Beloved, Advent churns out brutally heavy, metal-infused hardcore. Pain & Suffering is their first recorded output since 2009's Naked & Cold (Solid State Records) and proves that Advent is back and more focused than ever. Pain & Suffering is an 18 minute whirlwind of the most punishing, intense, and relentless hardcore that will grace your ears in 2017.
