News: BALANCE AND COMPOSURE ANNOUNCE 2017 AUSTRALIAN TOUR

March 2017 will see the Balance and Composure headline their biggest run of Australian shows to date, playing both all-ages and licensed venues in Perth, Adelaide, Melbourne, Sydney, Newcastle and Brisbane.

Since their last visit in 2014 with friends La Dispute, local audiences have been patiently waiting for their chance to hear more of the group’s epic 2013 release The Things We Think We’re Missing in the flesh, while their latest opus, Light We Made, adds yet another arch to an already otherworldly live show.

Produced by Will Yip (Circa Survive, Citizen, Nothing), Light We Made is Balance and Composure’smost expansive and challenging release to date, as the band favours smoother, sonic textures and dreamy synth moments, over the roaring guitars and powerful drums that defined their previous works. Few acts are able to veer this sharply from their original sound and continue to placate their fan base; howeverBalance and Composure have pulled the seemingly impossible off.
