News: Forget My Silence Premiere Femme Fatale Themed Music Video for "I See Hell in Your Eyes"
Russian metalcore quintet Forget My Silence will be releasing their long-awaited debut full-length Fall To Rise on May 5th, but they've teamed up with Revolver Magazine to premiere a music video for the single "I See Hell in Your Eyes." The video's femme fatale theme was inspired by The Three Musketeers.
"It's a reference to that storyline about the relationship between two lovers, D'Artagnan and Milady de Winter," says guitarist Elia Solonnikov. "Even after she tried to kill him and poisoned Constance Bonacieux, he tries to stop Milady’s beheading in the end of the book."
The visual attempts to mirror the lyrics as Solonnikov continues, "This song is about that feeling inside when you understand the person you're in love with is a bad choice and dragging you into trouble and brings you nothing, but misery, but you can’t stop. It destroys you, but you are too powerless to change anything and I think almost everyone has experienced it more or less. So it’s a mystical metaphor for a common fatalistic plot with femme fatale."
"I See Hell in Your Eyes" is available now on iTunes.
