Interviews: FACES OF EVE

In this new occasion, we have had the opportunity to interview the Progressive Metal band FACES OF EVE from UK. Check out the interview and follow the band on their FACEBOOK PAGE.

1. Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?

Originally there were only three members of the band and we come up with the name three faces of eve from the film about a girl with a multi-personality disorder after long thought about what name our band should have we all settled on faces of eve as it had a better ring to it 

2. Why did you want to play this genre?

I don’t think we really picked a genre as such we just played what comes naturally to all of us and the music is the result of all of our different music tastes spliced together 

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed? 

Ben: I and Dan met each other in college we were both studying music and we have been in bands ever since the drummer and bassist we just sort of picked up from the streets and gave them a home

4. Each band member favorite band?

Ben: Shrezzers 

Dan: Veil of maya

James: Black tongue

Owen: Architects

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?

Other musicians and artists when We listen to a great album or song it really gets our mojo going

6. Where was your last gig?

Castlefest headline show

7. Where would you like to act?

Europe/America

8. Whom would you like to feature with?

Jonny Craig or Tillean Pearson

9. Whom not?

Gary glitter

10. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?

Everyone of us gets that buzz before going on stage but the more you do it the easier it gets I think the best advice we could give someone is trying to feel confident take a deep and do what you were made to do! 

11. What bands have inspired you the most?

Ben: Personally bands like Coheed and Cambria and circa survive shaped who I am today

12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?

Nothing weird to be honest

13. What do you think of your fans?

They are incredible honestly we wouldn’t be anything without them and the love they give us is overwhelming 14. What do you think of our site? It’s dope keep it up.
