Behind The Artworks: IRIS - Six (2019)

We decided to call this one “Six” because it was, well, our sixth full length album. There was originally supposed to be 12 tracks on it (2 x 6), but we ended up moving one to the bonus disc so that we could fit the music on vinyl. Reagan had this idea to take a picture of a hand in the shape of the number 6, and we tried a bunch of versions until we found the one that we liked. We also decided on going with a red/black color scheme this time, since we had never really done that before. I think it fits the mood of the music quite well. We’re also releasing a limited edition hardcover art book, as well as red and black vinyl versions.
