Behind The Artworks: Enquire Within - Bloodlines (2019)

The art was designed and drawn by our bassist Jon Cresswell – he’s very artistic! The album is about internal and external conflict.

The feeling of life pulling you along like a puppet, in control of your actions but not the consequence. Life happens to all of us and it’s impossible to try and direct it. The strings of the marionette have been replaced with blood to represent the ties that bind us, be they family, friends or duty. We all have inescapable bonds grounding us and supporting us – they can also restrict our choices though leading you down a path which you can’t see.
