Behind The Artworks: T-Rex Marathon - Days Without Incident (2020)

When we were recording the album, we had a photographer come over to the studio with us and we were going to have a photoshoot. While we were out shooting, Alex decided that he was going to launch himself from a fence post into the snow. His expectations were that the snow would swallow him up and he would get stuck. What happened instead was extremely uneventful: the snow was very hard so he just sort of landed there. Nothing happened. However, the photographer took multiple shots of him jumping/falling, which Jeremy then took and drew over. So the cover art is literally Alex landing into a rock-hard snowbank, which we feel describes us as a band pretty well.
