Interviews: REPENTANCE

1. Where did you get the idea for the band name, you planned it or came out just like that?

Typically a word sticks in my head and sometimes means something and at the time I formed the band it fit in more ways than one and not in a religious manner.

2. Why did you want to play this genre?

Metal is the most true and aggressive form of music and it’s a release from all the chaos we see or have to deal with in our daily lives..

3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?

All aside from Brandon White & Eric Burns whom I was suggested to check out as they are local talented metal musicians.

4. Each band member's favourite band?

I can’t speak for everyone but I know they are into stuff like TESTAMENT, FEAR FACTORY, HATE ETERNAL, METALLICA, THE HAUNTED, TRIVIUM, SLAYER MEGADETH, and more stuff!

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?

Life and the crazy stuff we all see… I just love to play my guitar and ideas are always oozing out…

6. Where was your last gig?

Last year in Aug at a fest outdoors in Kenosha Wisc called R Noggin fest...

7. Where would you like to act?

Act ??? I’m no actor haha

8. Whom would you like to feature with?

No Clue.. 

9. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?

Nope, why be scared of performing aggressive music???

10. What bands have inspired you the most?

Early stuff as a kid like Motörhead - AC/DC - And other stuff like the Cure u2 have all crept into my style..

11. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?

To sign a fake leg ????

12. What do you think of your fans?

They are whats made me keep going after so many highs and lows - I appreciate how much someone appreciates my hard work to deliver the goods…

Stay True and never let anyone ruin your goals but work harder and never think you're above anyone else in this biz.
