Behind The Artworks: Infrared - From The Black Swamp (2021)

This evil album artwork was created by Nate MacDonald, an amazing tattoo artist in the Ottawa area. The artwork represents evil doers who make their way through life behind a mask to fool their victims into thinking they are something they are not. Once hooked, they exploit, abuse, and betray them. Their victims are many as represented by the dangling skulls and spiked skeletons. The eyes are dead as there is nothing inside. All their life’s supply comes from draining their victims before they move on to the next. This representation can be societal (false or malicious leaders) down to school, workplace, or personal relationships. The swamp represents the toxic stew that breeds these bad actors.
