Behind The Artworks: Beriedir - AQVA (2021)

The artwork for “AQVA” was brought to life by the talented Ludovico Cioffi, who’s also a tremendously amazing musician.

The idea behind it was that of a lighthouse standing fiercely in a stormy sea, which serves as the perfect symbol for the human condition, as we go to great lengths to explain in the track “The Angel in the Lighthouse”.

The juxtaposed geometric shapes give a sacral, solemn, and almost hermetic tone to the whole image, hinting that the structure presented to the observer is not just a regular building.

And did you notice him? On the stairs, a winged figure makes his way to the summit of the tower, perhaps to add his light to the lantern.
