Behind The Artworks: Cuprion - Hung (Single) (2021)

We had the pleasure of working with a talented artist who was able to put our music in a new setting. A setting where it is in a dark cartoonish vibe, where we can express ourselves in new ways.

 

In the artwork, we sought to show the most simple means of tragedy in relation to the story. There is a strong association and tragedy with a noose or slipknot for a historical reason.

 

If we can generate those emotions or feelings, it tells us about symbolic embodiment without giving out too much story behind it. By looking more closely there is even a Fisheye effect put in place and a camera, giving us small detective-like references to pin-point with.
