Interviews: Fictio Solemnis

This is a new interview with the Symphonic Black Metal band Fictio Solemnis from Italy. Check out the interview and follow the band on their FACEBOOK PAGE.

1. Where did you come up with the idea for the band name, did you plan it or did it come out just like that?

The idea came to the first singer, Andrea Bruni and together we chose the name.

2. Why did you want to play this genre?

I love the extreme music genre, I have always been attracted to precision, sonic power, and speed.

3. Did you know each other before the band formed? 

The band is made up of 2 permanent members, me who am the founder, and Edoardo Casini owner of the music school and label UMT. 

4. Each band member's favorite band? 

There are many of all kinds.

5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?

The songs I write listening to my emotions and loving the Guardian Angels 6 we don't play concerts for now. We don't have enough money to organize a tour and pay shift workers.

6. Where would you like to act?

We would like to play in a healthy environment.

7. Whom would you like to feature with?

It would be great to appear on TV and on stage maybe at a death metal festival, for sure I would like to appear with Edoardo.

10. Have Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that?

No. I think it is very important to be at ease and be yourself, fears are sometimes a positive or negative alarm bell. Fleshgod Apocalypse, Dimmu Borgir, Septicflesh, etc.
