Interviews: LECKS INC.

1. Where did you get the idea for the band name, you plan it or came out just like that?

The idea of the name goes back to 2009, when I started the project on my own...hence the fact that the project is named after me "LECKS" is the "Inc." is supposed to represent future collaborative musicians that I thought I would work with in the future. Before being a Live band, it is first a One Man Band

2. Why did you want to play this genre?

These are my first musical preferences, and after having them dozens of unsuccessful bands, I wanted to return to the origins of the music I love. 3. Did you know each other before the band was formed? No, we didn't know each other, the line up changes regularly and it's an opportunity to meet new people who want to share a common musical adventure. 4. Each band member favourite band? I can tell you that we don't have the same preferences... even if we like I think bands such as Manson, Nine Inch Nails, Static X, Combichrist and other industrial wave bands from the 90s/2000s 5. Who or what inspires you to write songs? I draw inspiration from my own personal experiences, my travels or my reflections, the world around me and especially my feelings to write the lyrics... 6. Where was your last gig? Our last concerts date back to this weekend, on a small tour in the south of France 7. Where would you like to act? We would like to be able to play around the world and discover new horizons, new cultures 8. Whom would you like to feature with? We have already played live with many famous artists like IAM MORBID, BELPHEGOR, COMBICHRIST, TESTAMENT ect... or in the studio with musicians from VADER, IRON MAIDEN and many others... with whom we would like to play? But with everyone ^^ 9. Any of you has ever suffered from stage fright? Any tip for beginners on how to beat that? I still have stage fright before each concert, even 20 years later, it's still there and that's a good thing ^^ The best way to fight it is to move on, because when the music starts, it disappears and gives way to joy. 10. What bands have inspired you the most? I think I was very inspired by David Bowie and Marilyn Manson, who always made me want to renew myself musically from album to album. 11. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for? To dedicate her buttocks, breasts, to join them in the toilets, on the parking to play an another physical music XD Where even once to ask me if I could put a bottle of beer in my ass... it was a very alcoholic evening 12. What do you think of your fans? That they are wonderful people who follow us on our concerts, that they are faithful, festive and that they make you want to come back often to play for them 13. What do you think of our site? Your site is very nice, it's always a pleasure to see enthusiasts who give their time to support the scene, you are extraordinary and I hope that you will continue to be animated by this passion for a long time. 14.
