Interviews: Chronic Trigger
This is a new interview with the Hardcore/Progressive Metal band Chronic Tiger from the USA. Check out the entire interview and give them a follow on their FACEBOOK PAGE.
1. Where did you get the idea for the band name, you plan it or come out just like that?
We got our name in a cereal box. We were trying for the merman figurine, but we got Chronic Trigger instead. So we ran with it.
2. Why did you want to play this genre?
Because we dislike success and fear the responsibility of monetary gain.
3. Did you know each other before the band was formed?
No. Nobody knew anything before Chronic Trigger, there was nothing, only darkness.
4. Each band member's favorite band?
It's impossible for each member to pick a favorite. We love and are influenced by all music equally.
5. Who or what inspires you to write songs?
Terrible bands. We find our inspiration in terrible bands. There is no better inspiration than failure.
6. Where was your last gig?
The Gem, Idaho Falls
7. Where would you like to act?
Space.
8. Whom would you like to feature with?
The mariachi band next door.
9. Who not?
The FBI.
10. Have any of you ever suffered from stage fright? Any tips for beginners on how to beat that?
No. The stage is the only place we are comfortable. Please advise if anyone has any tips on how to be comfortable in the real world.
11. What bands have inspired you the most?
The worst ones.
12. What's the weirdest thing a fan has ever asked you for?
The cat's head from the Cats on Cocaine music video.
13. What do you think of your fans?
We would like some. Do you know anybody?
14. What do you think of our site?
It sure appears to be an excellent place for an individual to inquire about undiscovered, awesome, metal bands and interviews if one is skilled in the ways of the internet and its many depths and terrors.
15. Something add?
Quick life tip: Burger King's mayonnaise is not edible. They store it above room temperature, and it separates, becoming vaseline. That is how it gets its sour flavor and why the burgers always slide off the buns. Please buy our merch on Etsy and follow our social media for more irrelevant life tips!
