Band Biographies: Nergard

Nergard was formed way back in 2010 by band leader Andreas Nergård as a project relying on guest artists. Through ten years that spawned two full albums and two EPs Andreas got to work with some of the biggest names in the genre such as Elize Ryd (Amaranthe) Ralf Scheepers (Gamma Ray, Primal Fear), and many more. In 2020 Andreas wanted a change and sought to form a steady line-up for the band's third and critically acclaimed album “Eternal White”. Fronted by a unique singer trio the band's epic Symphonic Metal made them enter the charts in Germany as well as gaining a record contract in Japan. The band's new live EP showcases the new line-up in all its glory, uniting old and new material.
