Behind The Artworks: Midjungards - From Scandza (2023)

The Cover tries to represent the full journey of the Goths from its origin until Covadonga. It is full of small details that try to represent this. The warriors of the covers are not historically accurate goths, but tries to represent the thousand os wars that the Goths had to face in the classic worls and in the medieval period. The woman in the center represents the germanic godness and the mythology in which Goths believed before converting to Christianism. the mountains and the environment represents Covadonga, that is considered as the last heroic war where the Goths were involved and that start the Reconquest of the Visigothic Kindgom of Toledo.
