Behind The Artworks: Gutted Alive - Human Taxidermy (2023)

The artwork is based on crime scene photos of Ed Gein. When the police searched Gein’s residence they discovered the gruesome sight inside of his woodshed. We wanted to catch the shock they must have felt. So we had it drawn from the cops point of view. Sorta like you’re right there behind them at that moment.
