Behind The Artworks: AUTUMNBLAZE - Auf zerfetzten Schwingen (2024)

We are extremely proud of the cover artwork of “Auf zerfetzten Schwingen”. In the beginning, we just had the idea of a skeleton angel who is kneeling in front of a grave and all around a miserable landscape. We told our ideas to Friederieke Myschik who already painted the artwork for our latest record “Welkin Shores Burning”.

And when she came with the first draft we were totally overwhelmed. In the end, she painted the artwork with oil colour on a canvas which is a long process. But the final result looks majestic and surpasses all our expectations.
